prom 2020 with light green background and palm leaves

Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 and social distancing restrictions, we are unable to host our 2020 PFHS Prom as planned.  We were looking forward to having a prom for our students as we know this is a memorable event for many, but at this time it is impossible for us to host prom.  Therefore, after much consideration, we have come up with the following plan of action to provide partial reimbursements and partial credits for those who paid Junior dues and outside guest fees for this year’s prom.  As you know, prom fees are included in the cost of junior dues. Members of the Class of 2021, who paid junior dues, will receive a $30 credit to their senior dues. The credit will be automatically transferred to the student’s senior dues, so members of the Class of 2021 do not have to fill out a request form.  Members of the Class of 2020 will receive a $30 partial refund upon request using the Request FormRequests for partial refunds must be made by the specified deadline of October 31, 2020. Outside guest applications will be fully refunded upon Request by the specified deadline of October 31, 2020. Please refer to the following chart for our reimbursement/credit system:
