The Shipping & Receiving counts, inspects and verifies approximately 90 percent of all purchases made by the schools and administrative before the invoice is paid. Recording serial numbers and attaching fixed asset numbers to equipment costing more than $1,000 is this department's responsibility.

The Courier Service is also a part of the Shipping & Receiving department. It provides daily deliveries to all schools and the administration offices.
